How do I return an item?

All Eligible items for return must be shipped back within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order.

All returns must be approved by our customer service department by contacting us within 7 days from the receipt of your order. You will need to provide your order/invoice number, method of payment information, along with the reason for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

Some items are not eligible for return for any reason other than packing or shipping error, i.e. wrong flavor/color/size. All supplements including all Chike products are non-return items, and are final sale.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Any worn or used clothing item.
  • Any open supplement.
  • Any personalized/autographed item.
  • Any item returned after 7-10 business days after receipt of order, without prior written consent from the customer service department.

It can take approximately two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).
