Born in Towada City, Japan, Chie’s long road to success started from humble beginnings. She was always an active and happy child, and participated in typical activities, and maintained a healthy Japanese diet. She always had an interest in health and fitness, and knew that she was strong and determined. Things began to change however, when she moved to the United States and became a mother of three children in her early 20’s. Her love for “American” food along with the typical sedentary lifestyle that came along with suburban life, began to take its toll both mentally and physically. It was time for a change…

After going through a divorce, and adapting herself to her new surroundings, Chie found herself struggling for motivation and experiencing health issues at far too young of an age. Her small 115lb frame had grown to a size 12, and her cholesterol was alarmingly high. She began exercising to improve her overall health; however, as she began to lose weight, she became excited with the noticeable changes that occurred. Small steps slowly turned into giant leaps. Since 1997, Chie has built a growing foundation of determination, hard work, and success. Realizing that dreams can come true, she has since become a world renowned figure competitor, C.O.O of a highly regarded fitness studio, clothing designer, personal trainer, and model. All of this and more, while raising three beautiful children.

In her 60 to 90 minute motivational presentation “Never Impossible” Chie is able to attest to a myriad of obstacles that most women face today. From motivation and nutrition, to demonstrating how to use everyday household objects to both get in, and stay in shape. Attaining her peak physical condition is not remotely the end goal for many women, but far too many aren’t sure where to even begin. She can help lay that ground work by speaking from the heart while keeping in perspective all of the emotional and physical struggle that she has endured along her path.

Topics Covered:

  • Achieving dreams and goals
  • Nutrition for the everyday woman
  • Exercise using household objects
  • And more…
